The automatic bot on our website is a program which has been trained to field your questions and point you towards useful support articles (such as this one!).
We find that most customer queries can be answered by one of our useful support articles, and Willy helps you find them.
If you need to communicate with a real live support agent you will need to log a ticket in your customer zone or give us a call at our support centre which is open from 06:00 to midnight, almost every day of the year.
Please be aware that "Live chat" is not the same as our "Willy bot". When you connect via : live chat" you are communicating with a real ticketing agent.
You will know the difference because our agents will introduce themselves, and none of them is named "Willy". :)
