Moving Home - How to Move your Webafrica Service

Moving Home can be a pain, but thanks to our new "Moving Home" service, moving your internet is easy. 


To use our "moving Home" service, simply log in to your customer zone and click the icon at the top of the screen which says "Moving Home".





You will be guided through the process one easy step and a time. 


Step 1: Select the appropriate option from the choices as shown below.


NEXT: Let us know which of your services you're moving:


Step 2: Tell us where you're going so that we can find out what's available to you at your new address: 


NEXT: Select a service from the options which come up in your search results, and click "Order My Fibre" / "Order My LTE" : 


Step 3: Give us some details about when you are moving, what kind of home you are moving to and when you would like your current service to end: 


After that all you need to do is click the "Submit" button and you're good to go.
