Changing Your Packages

You can easily upgrade your packages in your Customer Zone.


1.  Log into your Customer Zone

2.  Click on the My Services

3.  Click on the service that you would like to upgrade, Internet Access  as an example.

4.  Click on Upgrade/Downgrade

6.  Choose the upgrade category from the list displayed. These will be related to your current package

7.  Find your new product in the list of services

8.  Change the billing frequency and upgrade date (if required)

9.  Click on Choose Product
