HOW TO CHECK YOUR CURRENT ACCOUNT BALANCE

You can monitor your Webafrica account balance in your Customer Zone.

1.  Log into your Customer Zone

2.  In the left panel select Billing

3.  Click on My Invoices


 


A view of your outstanding balance and invoices will be shown


View your Customer Transactions


 

You can Filter by dates / search for a specific transaction


If required, you can download a list of your transactions, simply click on Save to CSV and choose where to save the file. 


Please note:  If your Current Account Balance appear as negative, the account is in a credit balance (i.e. the account is overpaid) and if it should appear as positive the account is a debit balance (i.e. the account is payable)
