Hello Webafricans, we will be taking you through the steps to update your payment method for your Vuma Reach service.
If there are any suspension issues please follow the guide below:
- Log into your Customer Zone and go to My Services >> Internet Access
- Scroll to the service at the bottom and select Account Details
- Follow the Prompts on the Update Card Details tab:
- Enter the required information and ensure all details are correct to ensure the card will be accepted.
- Once all correct information updated, please select Pay R0.00 to update the details
- Vuma Reach will automatically debit within 24 hours
If your details have been updated before, please use the "Retry Payment" button as per below:
If the update is successful, you will see the below screen:
NB: All cards must be registered for online purchases, please contact your bank to make sure that it is.
