Logging A Support Ticket

1.  Log into Customer Zone


Log in


2.  In the left panel select Support


Customer Zone


3.  Click on Open New Ticket


Open new ticket


4.  Choose the department you would like to submit the ticket to (this is related to your query)


Choose Department


5.  Fill in the Query Form


Query


If required, you can attach a document that will help resolve your query.


You can view the status of your queries under Tickets.
