Changing Your Customer Zone Password

  • Login to your Customer Zone
  • Click on My Account, then My Details


  • Select Client Area Password and Edit

  • Enter your existing password into the first field
  • Enter your new password into the second field
  • Confirm your new password in the third field

  • Take note of the Password Strength indicator. This is here to help you ensure the password you selected is hard to guess, we recommend that the password strength indicator status is Strong.

  • Click Save Changes
