Explaining Support Tickets

Under your Support Tickets you can view the:

  • Date Logged
  • Department query was logged to
  • Subject line
  • Status of the query – this will either be open or in progress
  • Date of last update
  • Feedback on the ticket

There is a filter text box; you can use this to find a specific ticket – simply type in the ticket number or subject line.

Support Tickets

To open a ticket click on the subject line or the View My Tickets button

View My Tickets

  • In the open ticket you will be able to see any answers to our query
  • You can reply or close the ticket if the ticket is resolved
