How to change or update your payment method:
- Log into your Customer Zone
- Go to My Billing options
- Select Add New Payment Method
- Select Add card
- Confirm that your card details are correct
- Scroll down and click save changes
You can Save 2 Payment Methods:
- You are able to have up to two enabled payment methods at any given time. These can be two credit cards, or one debit order and one credit card. You can’t have more than one debit order enabled at a time.
- Having two payment methods can help to avoid having your account suspended. If collection on your primary payment method fails, we will collect from the second card in your list, and you will stay connected.
