Porting your existing landline number is a simple task. All that you need to do is submit the Authorisation Form (can be found in your Voice Interface) as well as other accompanying documents (proof of identity and proof of residential address) and we do the rest. It’s that simple!
See below the simple steps to download and send your Authorisation Form.
You can access your Customer Zone and Voice Interface via the welcome mailer you received when you signed up.
Once in your Customer Zone, click on the ‘My Services’ tab.
Select the ‘Voice’ tab to access your Voice Interface.
Once in your Voice Interface, there is a tab (‘Transfer Number’) and button (‘Transfer Existing Landline’) to transfer your landline.
Once in the ‘Transfer Number’ tab, there are 4 easy steps to port your number successfully.
