Download Plus Q&A

What is Download Plus?

Download Plus is add-on bandwidth that can be used from midnight to 06:00 am. All of our capped packages get free Download Plus gigs equal to double the gigs of the respective capped package. For Example: The Home Capped 15GB Anytime package also gets 30GB free Download Plus from midnight to 06:00 am.

Unused Download Plus bandwidth expires at the end of the month.

If you’d like more than the free Download Plus gigs allocated to your capped package, you can add extra Download Plus gigs at R 2.00 per gig when you order your capped package (during checkout), or at any time by simply upgrading your capped package configurable options in your Customer Zone.
