I’ve submitted my application, when can I expect some feedback?
Feedback will be provided between 12 – 24 hours as per our ticket response times.
How long will my line take to be installed?
You should receive a text message or phone call from Telkom confirming your analogue telephone line installation date and your order reference number within the next 14 working days (on average), although this can take 4 – 6 weeks depending on Telkom resources.
My order has been escalated and I still have not received any feedback. When can I expect some?
Timeframes on feedback would be within 24 hours. We do require Telkom Service Managers to provide us with feedback within 24 hours before we can give you feedback.
Why haven’t I received my order number yet?
Order numbers will be provided within 24 – 48 hours. We do require completed application forms to be submitted, so please make sure to attach any supporting documents the application form requests to avoid delays.
